As mentioned in the news …Ubuntu 12.04 is available for the Nexus 7.
Needed is a native Ubuntu PC for the “One Click” Installation. The Installation
works fine but take longer (20 min.) then mentioned in the other Blogs.
I connected the Nexus 7 with an external keyboard “Logitech K400”, it works without
configuration!
A native Linux on an Android device…great. Now there is room for experiences.
I installed
OpenKDK 1.7
Eclipse 3.8
With the help of X I’m able to connect to the Nexus 7 from my Mac Mini…that’s a little
bit more comfortable.
